Bước 1: Thăm khám, tư vẫn sau đó tắm sạch và xông hơi khoảng 10- 20 phút giúp bạn thư giãn, xua tan căng thẳng, mệt mỏi, đồng thời đẩy nhanh quá trình đào thải độc tố, tăng tuần hoàn, lưu thông khí huyết.

Bước 6: – Bật vòm giảm béo, tắm trắng ws5008 và điều chỉnh thời gian, nhiệt độ cần giảm béo ( thông thường thời gian giảm béo từ 15- 30 phút; nhiệt độ hấp tùy từng loại da thường từ 40 – 70 độ c ), có thể điều chỉnh cấp độ ánh sáng hồng ngoại theo cấp độ I; II. III tùy từng phác đồ điều trị và da của khách. Nằm giảm béo,tắm trắng trong vòm giảm béo, tắm trắng theo thời gian đã đặt ở bên trên. Nhiệt độ có tác dụng làm mềm mỡ, nhão mỡ, mở lỗ chân lông giúp kem giảm béo, kem tắm trắng thẩm thấu sâu vào bên trong da.
– Tùy vào cơ địa của bạn, cách trị liệu để đạt hiệu quả giảm tối đa nhất 10 – 15cm ở vùng bụng, 5 – 9 cm ở vùng đùi, 3 – 7 cm ở vùng bắp tay.
– Sau 4 buổi trị liệu bạn sẽ giảm được 3 – 7cm sau 4 buổi chắc chắn bạn sẽ được sỡ hữu vòng eo săn chắc như ý.
Bước 7: Sau khi hết thời gian điều trị nên dùng thêm sản phẩm chăm sóc bôi kem dưỡng trắng và kem giảm béo để đạt kết quả cao hơn.
Chú ý: – Có thể tập thể dục và kết hợp chế độ ăn kiêng để đạt kết quả tốt nhất.
